Michael is an emergency services leader, with 18 years of leadership experience and a total of 34 years in emergency services. Michael’s degrees and credentials include RN, BSN, BS, BA. During his 18 years of leadership experience, he has led Level 1 academic/teaching trauma centers down to critical access hospitals non-trauma emergency services, west coast to east coast. In addition to emergency services, has also led many other departments and programs internal and external to organizations.
Michael has had the unique opportunity to be involved in the build of a new Emergency Department, Freestanding
Emergency Department, and Urgent Care. Michael is consistently recognized with his ability to work with very diverse clients, staff, and leaders. He has demonstrated outstanding skills in assessing what is needed, recommending sensible solutions, and effectively motivating nursing and physician leaders across the continuum, in a spirit of collaboration and mutual success.

John Wieckowski is an award-winning sales and marketing leader with over 15 years of experience in the medical industry. John has specialized within the acute care market, leading process change efforts focused on clinical, operational, and financial success. His areas of expertise include Emergency Services, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Radiology, and Laboratory services. Among the work he has done on his own, he has successfully built and guided sales and consulting teams, showing success across the eastern US for many large and small facilities. Prior to his work within the acute care market, John worked within the patient safety sector and the outpatient market. His work focused on ASC, Urology, Gastroenterology, and Surgical oncology. This work included assisting Physicians set up their own in-office laboratory services among other workflow improvements. Along with startup organizations, John has worked with Labcorp® and Abbott Laboratories® in his career.

Experienced Laboratory Scientist specializing in project/process management, especially in large system Point of Care/Bedside Hospital and Clinic Programs. Thorough knowledge of CAP/CLIA/JC/COLA guidelines and special interest and experience in Microbiology and Molecular Diagnostics. My interests include optimization of point of care programs, both hospital and clinic. By using a strategy of “Right Patient, Right Test, Right Result, First Time”, POC programs can increase quality of lab testing while optimizing utilization. I enjoy teaching laboratories how to embrace and support a thriving and fiscally responsible POC program instead of holding it at arm’s length.

Whether as an entrepreneur, or an entrepreneur, most of my career has been spent working with health care stakeholders to successfully develop new ventures or plan and implement solutions that blend people, processes and, technologies to enhance business operations and patient care capabilities.
I am currently the CEO of a health care business intelligence company I co-founded. d2i provides data acquisition and integration services, as well as a web-based, SaaS performance analytics solution based on the SAP BusinessObjects platform running in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment. Our clients are using our solutions to make a difference every day by increasing revenues, providing better patient care, improving satisfaction, mitigating risk, managing practice variability, and driving performance.
Previously, I started up and was the COO of a retail health care company. I have also served as the CIO of a large multi-disciplinary health care services company; a Director of Professional Services for a $1.2B multi-entity academic health system; been a principal in a health care IT consulting firm I co-founded; a director for client services division of a health care information systems vendor; and a regional controller for a multi-entity hospital company.

Hardy is a medical diagnostics data analytics leader, with 20 years of leadership experience and a total of 25 years in medical device operation, communication, and security software. Hardy’s degrees and credentials include BS, BA, and CSPO. During his 20 years of leadership experience, he has architected, developed and led the engineering and support of medical device software and services for international vendors. In addition to software development and support services, Hardy also advised, designed and implemented cloud based, wired and wireless, and smartphone medical device interoperability systems for acute and non-acute care settings. Hardy worked for and with all major and most minor EMR, LIS/HIS, and data management middle-ware systems.
Hardy has the broad expertise to guide and design medical device software compliance in SaMD and SiMD. Hardy actively works with manufacturers of IVD medical devices and data integration platforms to securely integrate data and streamline workflow in demanding and varied traditional and non-traditional clinical environments. Hardy implements and supports medical device data communication and interoperability across the continuum of care.
