Michael is an emergency services leader, with 18 years of leadership experience and a total of 34 years in emergency services. Michael’s degrees and credentials include RN, BSN, BS, BA. During his 18 years of leadership experience, he has led Level 1 academic/teaching trauma centers down to critical access hospitals non-trauma emergency services, west coast to east coast. In addition to emergency services, has also led many other departments and programs internal and external to organizations.
Michael has had the unique opportunity to be involved in the build of a new Emergency Department, Freestanding
Emergency Department, and Urgent Care. Michael is consistently recognized with his ability to work with very diverse clients, staff, and leaders. He has demonstrated outstanding skills in assessing what is needed, recommending sensible solutions, and effectively motivating nursing and physician leaders across the continuum, in a spirit of collaboration and mutual success.

Keith Weber is the Chief Legal Counsel for Silver Group Medical Consulting, a provider of health care solutions and services, U.S. based organization. He is accountable for company-wide legal operations, as well as governance, foundation, risk, internal audit, and advocacy functions.

Chris Chao, MD

Christopher Chao, MD is the current President of the College of Urgent Care Medicine (CUCM). He practices Urgent Care medicine with WakeMed Health and Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina. After graduating from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, he completed his residency at Carolinas Medical Center (now Atrium Health) with a focus on rural medicine. After residency, he worked in rural family medicine clinics for several years before transitioning to full time Urgent Care practice.
Dr. Chao is active with the Urgent Care Association, serving on committees and speaking on a variety of clinical topics in Urgent Care medicine. Locally, he serves as a preceptor to APP students and medical residents and emphasizes teaching of high-quality, evidence-based cost-effective practices in Urgent Care. He is an avid runner and has served as a medical volunteer for several running events.

Ben Frank, MHA, FACHE

33 years of experience in the healthcare sector serving on Boards, leading organizations as CEO/President/System COO among other senior positions. Strong leadership background in hospital operations, value-based care, innovation, Medicare Advantage, turnarounds, and international markets.
